Shipping
Once orders have been place it will take between 1-2 business days for orders to ship.
Free Shipping on all orders over $100 shipped to the continental United States.
Florida gets $5 Flat Rate Shipping. and Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more
MamaOm is shipping worldwide.
Canada Flat Rate $20, and all orders over $150 get Free Shipping.
Worldwide Flat Rate $33, and all orders over $300 get Free Shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return unused items within 21 days of purchase (7 days longer than most other online boutiques!). The items must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed) and in their original packaging (with all tags attached).
Once the original item arrives at our warehouse, we will credit your account in the amount that you paid (this excludes any discounts and shipping costs). After 21 days from date of purchase, a sale becomes FINAL! No returns will be accepted! We must receive the item within 21 days of when you placed your order. Items received after this date will be returned to sender.
You can return sale items within 15 days of purchase, for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. All Items on clearance with a 50% or more discount are FINAL SALE - and cannot be returned!

Our recommendation is to send your package back in a manner that is traceable. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
We will process your return within a week but some credit cards take longer to process the refund.
